Deeya and Tony Singh’s upcoming Star Plus show is finally starting its first schedule in Chandigarh this week. The tentative title of the show is Maryada-Aakhir Kab Tak. The latest news is that Dakssh Ajit Singh known as Bali of Jamunia has been penciled in to play the lead. A source says, "Vindhya Tiwari and Dakssh will play the leads. Dakssh was initially uncertain as he had some prior commitments, however we decided to wait for him and, he was finalized for this role last week. It is a family drama set in North India and the story will revolve around the guy's family. His character is of a sportsperson. He is very sensitive and reserved. There is no social issue attached to this story primarily it is a story of a family where in every relation looks perfect from outside but in reality it’s not.” Our source further says, "Rakesh Bapat is playing the elder son and Kamya Punjabi will play the bahu of the family. Dakssh is the youngest son. Most of the star cast has already reached Chandigarh; our first outdoor schedule is likely to go on for 10-15 days. Since Dakssh's selection happened a bit late he has yet to join the cast. He is slated to reach Chandigarh in a couple of days and then we will start shooting. It is a prime time show and is expected to start by this month-end or early October." Dakssh remained unavailable for comment. Dakssh was supposed to be part of Shreya Creations' new show but he backed out of it as his shooting dates clashed with his promotion for Punjabi movie. But looks like, his date diary was free for DJs.
