MUMBAI: Vishal Karwal, who played the central role in Dwarkadheesh Shree Krishn, will be seen reprising the role in its second season. 

Imagine TV’s Dwarkadheesh Shree Krishn focused on the adult life of Lord Krishna, and Vishal Karwal played the titular character. Although it was popular among viewers, the show had to bid adieu abruptly with the shutdown of Imagine TV. 

Now, according to media reports, the Sagar Films’ soap will return with its second season and star Vishal Karwal in the titular role yet again. The show will be aired on Dangal TV. Reports further stated that Tenali Rama fame actor Haelyn Shastri will play the role of Satyabhama, and that both the actors have confirmed the news with a leading portal. 

Vishal Karwal will also be seen in Ayan Mukerji's much-anticipated film Brahmastra that stars Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy in lead roles.
