Chocolate boy Fahad Ali, who rose to fame with his act of the angry young man in The Buddy Project (Sunshine Productions) on Channel V, is gearing up to get leaner and look sexier. Well, the lad spoke to us on how he has started working out religiously to get that perfect body. “Though I used to work out earlier, I never did it regularly. I used to just go out for jogging or running and even practiced yoga at home. But for the last couple of months, I have become strict with my fitness regime,” says Fahad. “These days I wake up at five in the morning and hit the gym after which I go for my shoot, come back and sleep. Even though I am not getting much of sleep, but I feel fitter and better. I am not much of a weight training person and rather believe in physical training. And this is the reason I have got myself a trainer who guides me better in that aspect,” he avers. And what about sports, we asked Fahad. “Back in college, I used to play hockey but now hardly get time to indulge in sports. But all said and done, sports is a great source to keep you active.” When asked the reason of his sudden thought of becoming leaner, the actor laughingly observes, “It wasn’t sudden, I did want to start working out earlier, but then things weren’t getting in place. And who doesn’t want to feel and look good? Hence I am gearing up for it.” Well Fahad, as they say, it’s better late than never. Pump it hard...lad!!!
