Success can be a double-edged sword. While TV stars love the crazy fan following. They also get very upset at the same time when certain obsessive fans start spreading false news about them. Sumit Vats who just got done with Zee TV’s Hitler Didi experienced something similar. According to our source, one female member of a audience forum recently posted a link which claimed that Sumit will marry someone from the Hitler Didi unit today (5 September 2013). In a bid to cement her claims, she also added that the same info was provided to her by the production supervisor of Hitler Didi, Mehmood Raza. This entire drama apparently started when Hitler Didi director Vikram Ghai posted pictures of his wife Nazneen, Sumit and show creative Bunty holidaying in Goa (check pic above). Seeing this picture the fans got inquisitive and started finding out who Bunty was. They failed to get her name hence they started referring to her as Hitler Didi crew. When our source enquired from Raza, he told that the above fan was troubling him about Bunty’s identity hence he jokingly told her that he was marrying a crew member on the 5th. But the naming of the unit guy did not go down well with Sumit who’s quite upset with Raza and the two, apparently, had a fall out. However when we spoke to Sumit he laughed away the whole incident saying, “I am supposed to be getting married today in Delhi but I am here in Mumbai, what more can I say. I really did not know what was happening for I was travelling and my cell phone was switched off.” He also does not blame Raza saying, “He was joking for the above fan was troubling him hence he just said what he had to say. Raza has also blocked the concerned lady in question.” Sumit also dismissed any issues with Raza saying “he is a nice guy and they never had any problem.” Further Sumit “thanked God that no names of any woman were taken. “It is ok for us guys but if any woman is named it gets tough for her.” “All I can say is that if certain people get entertained by taking our names, so be it. I have too much on my plate to think about frivolous things,” he ended.
