Veteran actor Alok Nath, beautiful Manasi Parekh and young actor Sarwar Ahuja celebrated their birthdays yesterday (10 July 2012). Alok Nath has been the face of the entertainment industry for over more than a decade now. With movies, teleserials and advertisements, people have seen him grow as a performer. He is currently seen in Director’s Kut’s Productions’ Kuch Toh Log Kahenge (Sony Entertainment Television). This man is flawless when it comes to acting. We got in touch with Alok Nath to know how did he celebrate his birthday. Said he, “Well, at this age we don’t really celebrate birthdays. It was a low key affair. I cut a small cake. My children gifted me perfume, cards and roses.” He continued, “This year I turned 56. I don’t wish anything more just that I want my kid’s to settle down. I felt wonderful when the unit members and the entire cast celebrated my birthday on the sets.” On the other hand, young and dynamic Sarwar Ahuja, who is seen in Hum Ne Li Hai Shapath (Life OK), celebrated the day when he was born by partying with his Shapath gang till wee hours of morning. “I cut five cakes last night with my gang. On the sets there was a small get together. My friends gifted me a small white pigeon which I found to be sweet and cute,” he shared. “I am missing my parents a lot as they are not in town. I wish they were here,” Sarvar ended. Moving on, beautiful and gracious Mansi Parekh was overwhelmed when she saw her 92-year old granny dropping by and wishing her on her b’day. “It was amazing as all my cousins had come down on my birthday. Since my husband is in London, I missed him a lot,” she remarked. We wish Alokji, Manasi Parekh and Sarwar a belated happy birthday!!!
