MUMBAI: Kapil Sharma, who is one of the most popular comedians, is doing well professionally. His comeback show, the second season of The Kapil Sharma Show, is doing well. Fans and audiences are enjoying the show a lot and it is reflecting on the TRP chart. However, he recently courted a fresh controversy when a woman tagged him in a tweet and accused him for making comments disrespecting women.

The woman claimed that Kapil made distasteful comments about them on his TV series, The Kapil Sharma Show. However, instead of ignoring, Kapil was quick enough to take a note of it. He replied to the user and denied of any misbehaviour.

Replying to the woman on social media, Kapil wrote, "Dear sister, kash aap react karne se pehle facts check kar letin. Woh shabd mere nahin thhe. Baki Ram ji sab theekh karenge. Dhanyawaad."

The woman had expressed her anger on social media and had also called out Kapil for his jokes. She even tagged the channel and requested them to stop the broadcast of The Kapil Sharma Show for his unpleasant remarks. She alleged Kapil for passing unpleasant joke that one should always be disrespectful towards women, else they want to date men and then men have to marry them and make kids. The tweet got lot of angry reactions.
