Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’s Gokuldham Society had been under renovation for some time now. But the wait for the new look is finally over as it be unveiled tonight. This new look will be full of beautiful colours and new balconies, but the highlight of this look is that a Krishna idol has been placed in the middle of the society. “But the residents are still all the same. They haven’t changed at all,” laughs Producer Asit Modi. Incidentally, the artistes of the show, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, were not allowed to see the new look and the entire building was covered with 1100 meters of cloth. But once the cloth was removed, all the members were happy with the look and broke into song and dance. "The building was decked up like a new bride and looking so beautiful. But the most beautiful thing is the Krishna idol atop the society building. We are all really impressed with our producer Asit Modi,” comments Dilip Joshi who plays Jethalal in the show. This new look of Gokuldham Society will be unveiled tonight, 27 March 2012 on SAB TV.
