Well it’s not easy to upset television Czarina Ekta Kapoor and one surely needs guts to do that.

But, here is someone from the television industry, who has decided to take the challenge and imitate Ekta Kapoor.

And guess who is this brave lady?

Well it’s none other than Ekta’s good friend and talented actress Anita Hassanandani, who is all set to mimic the ultimate queen of small screen in her latest comedy show, Comedy Nights Bachao (Optimystix) on Colors.

When we chatted with the lady, the gorgeous face candidly revealed, “For one episode I am enacting as Ekta. And while doing that I will concentrate on her typical fashion statements, like the way she dresses and the way she carries her accessories. And of course, not to forget about Ekta’s infamous anger, which I will essay in a light hearted way”.

So, is Ekta aware about this act? And Anita quipped, “Yes I have already informed her about the same. And she is such a spirited soul that she doesn’t mind at all and have taken the entire concept sportingly. And I hope she will like the performance.”

We quizzed Anita about trying her hands in comedy genre and the lady commented, “When I got the offer, I excitedly agreed to the project. I also consulted with Rohit (Reddy), my husband, who pushed me to try something new. And even I believe that there is no harm in trying something new. Even when I decided to play Shagun, I was not very sure as it was a negative role. And after receiving so much love from the audience I am ready to start a new chapter through this show.”
