Navratri festivities make us break out in a fun Garba session. Turns out that celebs are no different. They enjoy the gala as much as we do!

Talking about her Navratri must-do, actress Jasmin Bhasin said, “On the first day of Navratri, we perform our Mataji’s pooja. We prepare a special sweet called Laapsi, as an offering to Mataji. Before beginning the auspicious activity, we clean the temple and decorate the house with torans.”

While the festival brings a lot of joy, it also makes non-veg eaters crave meat! Jasmine has similar woes too as she shared, “My mom makes only vegetarian food during this period.”

But the actress needn’t lose hope as she anyway fasts on the last day of the celebration. While elaborating more about the special pooja at her place she said, "For our pooja, kanyas are called home for lunch, where puri and halwa are served.”
