With the show Crazy Stupid Ishq on Channel [V] (Sphere Origins) all set to wrap up this week, we spoke to the very talented and cute Harsh Rajput who’s seen as Ishaan in the show. The character that started off as an interesting and mysterious one slowly moved to a negative shade. Speaking on the same, the young guy avers, “Well it was an interesting twist and even though I wasn’t narrated that my character would turn out to be negative, I had a fair idea that it definitely will move towards the greyer shade.” “As an actor I really enjoyed playing the role since it was a change from my earlier roles. It was also a challenge for me since the role had quite a number of shades and variety. From a friendly brother to a ruthless con, I got a chance to play it all in this one show,” quips Harsh. The actor who was earlier playing an important character in Hitler Didi post leap says he is ready for anything and everything that comes his way. “However, I would really want to play an out and out romantic next time in some show. It’s a genre that I haven’t tried my hand at and would love to do it.” “Also after doing the negative role here, I will do something opposite, may be a nice positive sober character in my next show so that I can get out of the negative zone,” shares Harsh. And on the experience of shooting with the young cast and crew of Crazy Stupid Ishq, the actor avers, “Oh it was wonderful and since we all shared a very friendly relation, the energy was very positive on the set. In my earlier show, I had my senior actors to look up to, but in this show I was relativity senior since all were new comers. But I am someone who likes being moulded into situations and so am comfortable with everyone around me.” The actor who is all set to be a part of a cross over film says he would love to be back on TV soon.
