The potent combination charmed paparazzi from several countries who converged at the Majestic beach in Cannes in the south of France for a photo call with the TV star, who's scouting for business at the ongoing MipTV. Despite big international stars shooting currently in Nice and Cannes, more than 15 photographers representing diverse publications turned up for the photo shoot on a bright Wednesday afternoon near the Palais de Festivals, the venue of the biggest television content market. And Anuj, in his light pink shirt and white linen suit, charmed them off their feet. The suave businessman, who heads a TV software company back home in addition to acting as marketing director of the family owned Elder Pharma, is better known as Kkusum's Abhay. But on the pristine sands of Cannes, Anuj was businessman and actor combined. He oozed corporate suavity and dimpled charm together to floor the photographers from countries like France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Needless to say, he's the first television actor to thus charm the paparazzi. Before him, Aishwarya Rai and Mallika Sherawat have posed on the same beach for lensmen. Anuj was at his gracious best, even taking off his linen jacket and posing for the lensfolk for almost 20 minutes. Indian television has arrived.
