Rahul Raj Singh is in soup.

Post exit of lawyer Neeraj Gupta, advocate Ashoka Saraogi took charge of the case representing Rahul. He applied for anticipatory bail  in Dindoshi Court.

However, the latest information we have is that the bail plea has been rejected by the court. Falguni Bramhabhatt, Pratyusha’s lawyer has released a statement in the media, pointing out that Rahul should have informed the police first, when he discovered Pratyusha’s body. “Many of Pratyusha’s friends have claimed that Pratyusha informed them about Rahul’s abusive nature. Rahul did not allow her to speak to her parents. Rahul has cheated seven girls along with Pratyusha. Moreover, if Pratyusha had commit suicide then why the cops couldn’t find a suicide note at her place?”

While Bramhabhatt has given a statement, Saraogi has not yet spoken to the media.

As per our sources, the cops will start interrogating Rahul once he gets discharged from the hospital, depending on his medical condition.
