Colors’ Balika Vadhu (Sphere Origins) will see major drama with Kanchan (Gehna’s sister) suffering from severe abdomen pain and collapsing on the ground. Soon, there will be chaos with Jagya (Shashank Vyas) examining Kanchan. He will advise the family to get Kanchan admitted in the hospital for further check-ups and examinations. The family will witness a brief moment when Jagya will tell them that Kanchan has a tumour in her abdomen which would need an immediate operation.
