MUMBAI: The world is still going gaga over Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’s engagement pictures. The lovebirds made their relationship official by having a roka ceremony followed by an engagement party in Mumbai on Saturday.

Her fans, well-wishers, and the film industry showered their good wishes on desi girl Priyanka and American singer–actor Nick.

TV actor Karan Jotwani also congratulated the couple and is overwhelmed with their love story, as he relates their relationship to his show Aap Ke Aa Jane Se on Zee TV.

How, you ask?

Aap Ke Aa Jane Se is a story of a 24-year-old boy, Sahil (Karan), who falls in love with a 42-year-old woman, Vedika (played by Suhasi Dhami). Since Priyanka is a few years older to Nick, he relates their love story to his show.

The actor put up a post on his Facebook page, mentioning, ‘Overwhelmed seeing this happen. She’s older to him. He’s younger to her. Giving a damn about ‘societal norms’ and taking every seat in the car. Truly, #AapkeAaJaneSe #PriyankaNickEngagament.’
