Planning doesn't work in 'Bigg Boss' house, says Hiten Tejwani

Actor Hiten Tejwani, who was a part of the 11th season of controversial TV reality show Bigg Boss, does not believe in the allegations of the show being scripted.

"Bigg Boss is not at all scripted. Though sometimes it seems that fights between the contestants are already pre-planned but living for over two months in the show, I know that nothing is planned and scripted.

"Be it fights or arguments, everything happens in the house on its own. And viewers get to see only one hour episode, so they don't know what all exactly happened in a day and what has actually caused the fights," the 44-year-old told a leading publication  over phone from Mumbai.

As Bigg Boss 12 has already kicked in from Sunday, Hiten will be seen entering the house as "sanchalak" (moderator).

Asked what advice he will give to this year's contestants, he said that he will make sure that contestants don't become afraid of being themselves.

"Contestants should be true to themselves and should not change for any other person or for the game. All contestants are sensible enough. They must be knowing what to do and not to do."

The Kutumb fame actor also revealed that 'planning' does not work inside the house.

He said, "Planning does not work inside the house. Whatever planning-plotting contestants do, gets wasted because whatever they plan in the house, something else tends to happen."

On the work front, Hiten will next be seen in Karan Johar's upcoming directorial film Kalank, which also stars actors Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit.

Is Dipika the ‘Shilpa Shinde’ of this season?

Shilpa Shinde was the cook of the house in the last season; she entertained the fans as well as cooked food for her fellow contestants. She also has the record of cooking the most number of rotis inside the house. In an unseen video, available on Voot, Bigg Boss 12contestants, Dipika, Karanvir and Sourabh are seen discussing their cooking skills.

Dipika says that she also loves cooking. Surabh too says that he knows to cook many dishes, much to the joy of Karanvir Bohra, who immediately offered to be the other two contestants' helping hand in the kitchen. So, are Dipika, Karanvir and Surabh going to be the cooks of this season?

Karanvir Bohra reveals his father launched Dara Singh in movies

Karanvir Bohra was talking to the inmates and revealed to them how he belongs to a film family. He mentioned that his father and grandfather both used to make movies. He told Neha Pendse that his grandfather had launched the great Dara Singh in movies.  He said that his dad used to tell this story and it’s a really cute….but before he could complete his story, Shivashish interrupted him and there was an entry on the show, and Karanvir ultimately couldn’t complete his story.

Are Anup Jalota and Jasleen Matharu lying about their relationship?

Anup Jalota and Jasleen Matharu are one of the most controversial contestants on the show, since they broke the news that they are in a relationship.  But there is a twist to the story. One of Jasleen’s friends said to a leading publication that they are faking their relationship, and the two are not into a relationship. The channel has not asked them to do it, but they themselves have designed this plan to catch public attention on the show. The friend said to the publication that this is more like their survival strategy. If this is true then it is shocking!

Yesterday, the new season of Bigg Bosspremiered with a bang, and we saw how ex winners of the show Shilpa Shinde and Manveer were part of the experts’ panel.  It seems that Hina Khan too was approached to be a part of the panel but she refused the offer saying that she didn’t want to pass a judgment on someone by just knowing them only for an hour. She also further stated that she will not be a part of any panel throughout this season. She said that she didn’t perform as she was in London, and didn’t get any time to rehearse. The episodes were shot on 14th and 15th.
