MUMBAI: The ongoing track of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is high on emotions, as Keerti is in a serious condition at the hospital after the accident and Naira has lost her baby.

To ensure that Naira is happy, Kartik exchanges the baby and keeps Keerti’s child next to Naira and tells everyone that Keerti’s child passed away.

The Singhanias and Goenkas are happy, as Naira has given birth to a healthy baby. However, they are shocked to know that Naksh and Keerti have lost their baby, Kartik feels guilty on seeing this and is confused about to what to do.

Kartik thus feels guilty and looks very nervous. Naira doubts that he is hiding something.

In the upcoming episode, due to Kartik’s guilt behavior, Naira comes to know the truth about what Kartik has done and is shocked to know that her kid passed away and that the child given to her was Keerti’s.
