MUMBAI: Star Plus' popular show Kasauti Zindagi Kay has become a mega-hit among the audience.

TellyChakkar had the opportunity of taking a tour of actress Pooja Banerjee aka Nivedita Basu’s make-up room. Well, to our surprise, the room had a warm and cozy atmosphere. We first saw a beautiful nameplate in brown and white. When we entered the room, we noticed that it was filled with pictures of her family and co-stars. In addition, it is a ritual for her to start her day by worshiping a beautiful idol of Goddess Saraswati.

The petite actress said, 'I love to decorate my make-up room as we spend long hours on the sets, and us actors need to rejuvenate after a heavy and intense scene. All one longs for is a cozy room with a homely atmosphere. I have tried to decorate my room with little things that create positivity. Also, I’ve stuck pictures of mine with people who are close to me.'

Not many people know about Pooja being a book lover. She added, 'I keep reading books in my free time. However, I have not got the time to grab a book since some time now, but I’ll surely catch up on reading soon.'

With dream catchers, beautiful lamp lights, speakers, and a wall clock, Pooja has given her make-up room a beautiful vibe.
