MUMBAI: The episode begins with Guruji apologising to the Benaam group for his behaviour towards them. As they are waiting for the winner's announcement, the host calls Amyra also on the stage. The host then calls out Benaam group as the winner of Little Superstars. Kulfi and her gang are super happy with the announcement. They celebrate by hugging each other.

Amyra is stunned and upset that she couldn't fulfil her wish to win the prized title. Sikander is happy for Kulfi and expresses the same. Amyra leaves the stage as she cannot stand her loss. Sikander follows her, and even Kulfi follows them. Sikander then finds Amyra lying unconscious on the floor.

He discovers that she has blood coming out of her mouth. Meanwhile, Mia's plan gets uncovered in front of the audience. Turns out, a video recording of Mia demonstrating her plan of using Benaam group's shortcomings is played. Things don't look good for her after this. Meanwhile, a specialist informs Sikander about the requirement of a bone marrow transplant as the only way to save Amyra.

Amyra doesn't have time as her life is in a dire state. Sadly, none of the family members shares the same coordinates that would help Amyra. Sikander and Loveleen are both hurt by the news and contemplate what to do next regarding Amyra. Kulfi is also in tears as she knows what's happening to Amyra.

She then gives a test to find out whether her bone marrow would be ideal for Amyra. Loveleen is happy to learn that Kulfi can share the bone marrow with Amyra as the test results are positive.

Sikander is mad at Loveleen for convincing Kulfi into doing such a thing. Loveleen tells him that Kulfi volunteered to get the tests done and donate her bone marrow. Loveleen tries to persuade Sikander to let Kulfi donate. Sikander is stunned and tells her that she will not change and continue to be a bad person. Kulfi then enters as she is being wheeled into the operation theatre. Sikander starts crying and asks her to not do something like this. The doctor mentions that Kulfi is healthy and that he doesn't have to worry about her.
