The handsome actor of Zee TV’s primetime saga Qubool Hai’s Karanvir Bohra aka Aahil has won millions of hearts with his cool swagger and inimitable style. Guess what … even the nuns of McLeodganj aren’t an exception and truly admire the television star. Naturally, the young nuns from a local nunnery in McLeodganj were thrilled to find out that Karanvir and his co-stars Surbhi Jyoti (who plays Sanam) and Varun Toorkey (who plays Shaad) were in town to shoot an upcoming sequence of the show … and that too in their very own nunnery!

The cast and crew was unaware of the fact that the nuns present were Karanvir’s ardent fans before they took to being nuns. The actor was pleasantly surprised when he found out and says, ‘We were shooting an interesting scene in a nunnery where my character Aahil realizes that Sanam is still alive.  We’d assumed they would be quite cut off from the world of Aahil and Sanam and had probably never even heard of us. But when my wife Teejay interacted with them, she got to know that before turning into nuns, they were ardent followers of Qubool Hai and were my great fans too.” He adds, “Two days later, along with Teejay, we surprised them by visiting the nunnery yet again, this time not to shoot a sequence but to just thank them for all their love. They gave us a tour of the nunnery and took us to their kitchen, clicked pictures with us too. They were so polite, humble and it was a truly memorable interaction.”

Recently in the show, Jannat and Shaad decide to take a trip to Mcleodganj to get over the trauma of Shaad losing his family at the hands of Shashi Kapoor. Also, Nayi Sanam (played by Additi Gupta) is planning a vacation with Aahil. But as fate would have it, Aahil’s boarding card gets switched and to his luck, he finds himself estranged from Nayi Sanam. Aahil decides to go ahead and spend a few days alone, not knowing he has come to the same place where Jannat and Shaad have decided to take a break as well.

Against the backdrop of the picturesque Mcleodganj, Aahil will be thrilled to know that his love – Sanam is alive, but what will happen when it dawns on him that she has lost her memory and considers herself someone else’s wife. Will Aahil be able to win his love back? Will Sanam gain her memory back after seeing Aahil?
