The family drama Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (Director’s Kut) on Star Plus has been continually entertaining viewers with some interesting twists and turns pertaining to family matters. In the coming episodes, the show will see some happy and sad moments together that would leave fans asking for more. It will all start with Naksh (Shivansh Kotia) planning a surprise birthday party for his mother Akshara (Hina Khan). He will get Naitik (Karan Mehra) to get all the favourite things of Akshara and he will personally take over the responsibility of decoration and inviting guests for the grand surprise. The Maheshwari family will also come down to the house and together they will surprise Akshara. The family will be seen making merry and having a gala time when suddenly they will be left shocked. Informs a source, “Amidst all the party and celebrations suddenly Naksh will faint leaving everyone shocked.” The family, who has been concerned about Naksh not being his energetic self, will get worried and rush him to the hospital.
