Naveen Saini, the new and proud father in the telly town is back to work now. The talented actor who is presently seen in Sahara One’s Niyati will soon be seen in a powerful cameo role in Colors’ long-running show Balika Vadhu. Yesterday, Tellychakkar.com reported about Shalini Arora, Bobby Parvez and Vimarsh Roshan entering the Sphere Origins show as part of Saurabh’s (Sonal Handa) family. While the track ahead will focus on the sensitive sexual abuse case of Sanchi (Roop Durgapal), Naveen Saini has been roped in to play Sanchi’s lawyer. A source tells us that Naveen will essay the role of Sumeet Raghuvanshi, the talented and honest lawyer who will fight to get justice for Sanchi. Clashing against him will be brother cum lawyer of Saurabh, Vivek Kabra, essayed by Vimarsh. When contacted, Naveen confirmed the news to Tellychakkar.com, “Yes, I will soon be seen on Balika Vadhu. I will be the lawyer for Sanchi. Vimarsh and I have earlier shared screen space in Bidaai, where I used to fight with him. Now the battle will continue in Balika Vadhu (smiles). He will be the lawyer fighting the case against Sanchi.” Naveen has earlier played a lawyer in Colors’ Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon. We wish Naveen all the very best.
