She stated, “I had gone to a beauty salon in Lokhandwala, Andheri to get my hair-styling done so that I could head to the BCL party. However, when I was getting ready, a regular customer of the salon, who happens to acquaint me often over there, stole my phone in a span of seconds and started walking towards the exit. I immediately noticed that my phone was missing and I called out to the security requesting them follow her.” “I pleaded her to return my phone and kept calling her but she refused to budge.” Nia lost her personal precious pictures from the past 3 years, contacts, messages, Whatsapp conversations of ages and various other downloads. Elaborating her grief, she added, “I am lost in this city as I have no contacts to connect with people.
