MUMBAI: Kehne Ko Humsafar Hai 2 has just been launched. It stars Mona Singh, Ronit Roy, and Gurdeep Punj, and is the story of a married man in his early 40s who is torn between responsibilities and personal needs.

Mona became a household name through Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahi. Apart from that, she has starred in Kya Huaa Tera Vaada, Pyaar Ko Ho Jaane Do, and Kavach.

Gurdeep is well known for her roles as Dr. Juhi Singh in Star TV's Sanjivani, Vedika on Zee TV's Sindoor Tere Naam Ka, and Jodha Bai in Colors’ Dastaan-E-Mohabbat Salim Anarkali.

Meanwhile, who can forget Ronit as Rishabh Bajaj in Kasautii Zindagii Kay and Mihir Virani in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi?

Like the previous season, this one also looks like it is already a hit.

It airs on ALTBalaji and narrates the story of Poonam and Rohit, a married couple with two loving daughters. It looks a happy family, but behind the curtains of reality lies the actual truth. Rohit is in love with Ananya. Eventually, he divorces his wife to be with her. However, Ananya subsequently leaves him to pursue her career.

There is no doubt that the actors are amazing and that they bring out the characters fabulously. We recently held a poll for the audience to know who makes the best on-screen pair with Ronit.

Mona Singh took the trophy with 54 percent votes, and Gurdeep was left with 46 percent, which was quite a close call. Now, one can blame this on the storyline too, as Mona and Ronit’s characters and chemistry are lovable, whereas Gurdeep’s character is slightly ‘wife’ zoned.
