MUMBAI: Star Plus show Imlie has been extremely interesting and the audience has been in awe of the drama.

Produced by Gul Khan, it stars Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Gashmeer Mahajani. The series is a loose adaptation of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Ishti Kutum. The narrative revolves around how Aditya lands at a village to report on a gangster and later, situations lead him to get married to Imlie while he is already committed to Malini for marriage. Since he cannot handle the situation well, he ends up getting married to Malini too.

Aditya and Imlie are currently at odds when here Imlie gets ousted from her hostel. Left with no place, Imlie sneakily stays in the office and spends her night there. However, Aryan catches her and before he could misunderstand her, he finally learns the truth that she has no place to stay.

And this is when kind-hearted Aryan brings her to his home where a grand party is going on.

The twist in the tale is that when Arpita brings noodles for Imlie and Imlie eats it with her hands, the girls in the party make fun of her.

Poor Imlie continues eating with her hand while she gets teary eyes hearing their taunts. But this is not the end because Aryan can’t tolerate Imlie’s insult and thus he comes to her rescue.

Aryan gets angry when the girls make Imlie’s fun and thus he comes to Imlie.

Imlie first taunts Aryan when he tries to make her learn how to use chopstick but soon, she listens to him carefully. Thanks to Aryan that Imlie perfectly learns using chopstick. Where Imlie smiles seeing the softer side of Aryan, now, it would be interesting to watch how heir closeness will increase with time when Imlie is staying at Rathore Mansion.
