A page from the personal diary of Srman Jain Hello friends, I am Srman Jain who essays the role of Pracheen Chaturvedi in Saas Bina Sasural on Sony Entertainment Television. I hail from a family that is into businessin Mumbai itself; my father has an iron and steel business while my brother helps him in marketing. As I am an MBA in marketing, I also help my father and brother in marketing. To me, education is very important, it gives one a career support to back on. I always wanted to get into acting but never compromised on my studies as I believe that the right kind of study makes one a polished person. During my college days, I got into theatre and modeling. Later, I bagged the role of Pracheen in Saas Bina Sasural. Though I have been in this industry for the last five years, but honestly speaking, it’s Saas Bina Sasural that has turned me from a model into an actor. Every day in the show, it’s a learning process for me. I am enjoying and learning everyday with some great actors in the show. One day, I wish to make it in movies. It’s not only my dream, but every actor’s dream to act in movies. Besides, I would love to get into anchoring. I want to make a mark in the minds of the people, get creatively inclined and see that I am loved and remembered everywhere. I want to make a very blooming career for myself. Well, talking about my relationship status, I am single and would like to focus on my career. I want to be on the top within few years and I am working towards it. The reason why I am taking up roles is because it’s my learning stage and I have no right to be choosy at all. Look at Anupam Shyamji. At this age, he is popular and then people remember him because he has been in this industry for several years. I don’t know where my life will take me, but I want to be successful in whatever I do. I always believe what my father has taught me, “one should not demand respect but command it.”
