Tellychakkar.com was the first to inform you about Raakesh Paswan coming up with a new show on Zee TV- Service Wali Bahu with Kratika Sengar and Abhishek Rawat as the leads.

Now Tellychakkar.com gives you the details of few more cast members who have joined the show. 

Firstly, playing Abhishek’s parents will be Pratichi Mishra and Atul Shrivastav who are known faces in the TV world. Pratichi was last seen in Saraswatichandra and Atul in Rangrasiya.

On one hand where Pratichi will play a positive role, her husband, played by Atul, would have negative shades balancing the family well. He would be a male chauvinist and not support his bahu’s aspirations of working post marriage.

As for Kratika’s parents, Afsar Bitiya actress Meena Mir has been roped in to play the mother and Ramakanth, an ad face has been signed to play her husband. The two will be positive in nature although Meena would be someone who would want women to be at home and be submissive.

Pratichi confirmed her entry and said, “It is a very nice character and am really kicked about it. It’s really surprising that you guys got to know about me doing the show so soon.”

Atul on his part added, “The character has interesting layers and the show would be a great one. Viewers will get to see lot of interesting things.”

Meena who has started shooting today also said in confirmation: “The character though positive will be someone who wouldn’t want her daughter to work or open up but rather be at home.”

The show will launch sometime in March.
