Queens of Mewar take up weapons to fight the enemies in Sony TV's Maharana Pratap

Rajshri Thakur, Aashka Goradia and Divyaalakshmi in Bharat Ka Veer Putra- Maharana Pratap
We had recently reported about the queens of Mewar fighting for their rights in Bharat Ka Veer Putra - Maharana Pratap (Contiloe Telefilms) on Sony Entertainment Television. And now the strong women will get together and take up weapons to fight for their honour in this popular historical show. With the Bundi war going on, the men will be shown busy on the war front. At this point of time the women will no longer consider themselves weak without their men and gear up to fight the army of Rao Surtan (Anand Goradia). His soldiers will breach the security and suddenly attack the women in the palace and plan to loot their treasure and dishonour every female they can lay their hands on. Informs a source, “The queens will decide that they will not bow down to the enemy and will fight them like bravehearts” The fearless queens Jayantabai (Rajshri Thakur), Bhatiyani (Aashka Goradia) and Sajja Bai (Divyaalakshmi) will decide that instead of committing jauhar (to avoid capture and dishonor), they will choose valour and pick up their swords to fight the forces of the enemy. They will disguise themselves as soldiers and will march to wage war with Rao Surtan Singh. And not just weapons, the queens will also take the help of kitchen ingredients to fight the enemy. In a unique way they will prepare objects to defend themselves. They will keep hot chillies, atta and boiling oil ready as their weapons to fight the notorious king. When we called up Rajshri, she said, “It was indeed a tough challenge but overall it was a very exciting experience.” Will they manage to win against the army? To know more on that, watch this space.
