Rajeev Bhardwaj will soon complete a hat-trick of being part of mythological and historic shows with Sony Entertainment Television’s Maharana Pratap (Contiloe Telefilms). The talented actor has been roped in to essay the ruler of Mewar, by name Chundawat. He belongs to a hard-hitting clan which is always indebted to Uday Singh and Maharana Pratap.
For the uninitiated, Rajeev was earlier seen essaying the role of Bhadrabhatt in Chandragupta Maurya and as Rishi Kashyap in Devon Ke Dev… Mahadev. The actor has been part of Manoj Joshi’s successful and popular play Chanakya for many years now, wherein he essays the role of Chandragupta Maurya.
When contacted, Rajeev Bhardwaj told us, “Yes, talks are certainly on for this project. I would like to work in this positive environment. However, things are not finalized as of now, and I can tell you only when I have a confirmation.”
As reported earlier, Shakti Anand, Aashka Goradia, Amita Udgata have been roped in for the show. The historical will also see the comeback of Rajshree Thakur.
