The power packed performer of small screen and films, Rajeshwari Sachdev, is currently giving us a glimpse of her acting in her role as Mangla devi in Colors’ social drama Balika Vadhu (Sphereorigins).

The powerhouse of acting is not only a pro at her work, she is also a loving mother of a five year old son.

Like a true modern woman, the lady is handling both her personal and professional life. In a recent conversation we quizzed her about how she balances both with equal ease, and Rajeshwari commented, “See, I follow a very simple routine with my son. Both of us get up early in the morning and I get him ready and send him off to his educational institute, and then leave for my work. But I always maintain one thing that I don’t work for erratic shooting schedule. So once I am back, all my time is only for my son.”

So do you think that your son misses you? Rajeshwari quipped, “At times he accompanies me to my workplace and it is nice to have him. When he watches me on television occasionally, he enjoys it. By now, he has become used to the fact that we will be working out. And when I and Varun (Badola) are not there, he spends time with his grandparents and he surely enjoys good time with them.”
