MUMBAI: Rakhi Sawant...love her, hate her, but you just cannot ignore her. The bold actress was a contestant on the first season of controversial reality show Bigg Boss in 2006. She often makes appearances in reality shows as a host, participant, or performer.   

Rakhi took everyone by surprise recently by announcing her marriage to UK-based businessman Ritesh. While people were under the assumption that her pictures on social media were of a bridal photo shoot, Rakhi later confirmed the news to the media.

According to Rakhi, she got married to Ritesh in a Hindu and Christian ceremony at JW Mariott in Mumbai. Her family was also present to bless them both. Rakhi claimed to the media that Ritesh was her fan ever since he saw her interview with Prabhu Chawla. He messaged her, and after being friends for a year and a half, they decided to get hitched.
However, the irony of the entire situation is she is not making her hubby public. She doesn't want to introduce Ritesh to the world as of now. The self-confessed publicity queen is at her best as she cashes in on her personal life. Her music video titled Chappan Churi, sung by Mandakini, is slated for release. Well, we do not know why, but Rakhi seems to be playing hide-and-seek and not revealing much information about her wedding. In fact, many netizens took to social media and speculated whether this is just a publicity stunt.
