MUMBAI: The ongoing track of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is keeping viewers hooked on to the serial. As we know, Kartik and Naira plan to run away and get married in a temple. Kartik is waiting for her at the temple, and Naira is on the way.

However, on the way, she faints and is rushed to the hospital, where she is treated immediately. There, she comes across something that shocks her and makes her change her decision. After her treatment, she does not go to the temple despite knowing that Kartik is waiting for her.

The big twist comes here. Kartik takes permission from his mother before taking such a big step in his life, but it seems like Suwarna only agreed because of Kartik's happiness. In fact, she still hates Naira and holds her responsible for Shubham’s loss.

As Kartik leaves for the temple, Suwarna thinks that like Shubham, she has lost Kartik also forever. She has a severe panic attack and is admitted to the same hospital where Naira is being treated, where is battling for her life. Surekha and Akhilesh tell Naira everything.
