TV actor Romit Raj is known for his roles in serials like Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyaan and Maayka - Saath Zindagi Bhar Ka. Currently, he is seen as Varun in Sony Entertainment’s Adaalat and he is playing KD's (Ronit Roy) Assistant in the show. Today, 16 December 2011, he shot for an action sequence for his courtroom drama. In this sequence, his character is chasing one of the villains in the Ghats on a bike. And apparently, Romit is very kicked about the experience: “I must say it is quite a thrilling experience. The mean machine involved is quite snazzy with a very good engine and super pickup.” This action packed sequence will be aired on 24 and 25 December 2011 in the Christmas special episodes of Adaalat on Sony Entertainment. But thrill is not new to this Sony show. “We have done other thrilling stuffs in the series. We recently shot in one of the oldest Portuguese churches in Goa and it was a different zone altogether. My debut scene in Adaalat also was action oriented,” reminds Romit. In fact, Romit chose to be a part of Adaalat because the show is action oriented and different. So which Bollywood action hero does he like the most? “I like Akshay Khiladi Kumar a lot. Age has not caught up with him at all,” reveals Romit.
