Sachin Sharma who is currently seen in Zee’s Parrivar has been in news for quite some days for his battle with Milind Soman over non-payment of his dues. And to get Milind pay him the alleged amount Sachin has adopted the tried and tested path of Gandhigiri ala Sanjubaba in Lage Raho Munnabhai. “I had been sending flowers to Milind’s house and a note to remind him that he has to pay me Rs 7 lakhs for a project that I did for him,” says Sachin. On 14 of this month Sachin will be visiting Soman’s office. “Till that day I’ll keep sending him flowers with the note and will make sure to give him a call everyday till he solves my query. I just received a sms yesterday saying that Milind wants to talk to me over phone. But Milind is not answering my phone despite me having tried to call him several times this morning,” he quips. Do you think this will help you get your money back? “I’m experimenting and to be frank I want to see whether Gandhigiri still prevails or not. If nothing happens then I’ll take help of the Court of law.” We tried calling Milind for his version but he remained unavailable. With such a novel approach we do wish they reach an amicable settlement. Long live Gandhi!
