A man with striking good looks, tall and muscular posture and an enchanting baritone, Samir is nothing but a bundle of energy that can sweep you away. Samir has been in the entertainment space for quite some time now and after a ‘not so successful’ stint in movies, he got covered by blankets of popularity as the host of IPL. Later he was also seen as the anchor in Star Plus’ Survivor India and currently, he is impressing one and all with his meticulous performance in Sony Entertainment Television’s Bade Acche Lagte Hain. Team Tellychakkar spent some wonderful moments with Samir when he came in as a Guest Editor. “I love the ambience and I am new at my job. But I am pretty kicked about it. Let’s do some stories,” smiled Samir. He is definitely a versatile man with his feet dug deep and successfully in different genres of entertainment. But what is his first love? “Acting…nothing beats it. I am here in Mumbai to become an actor. It gives me a different kick altogether. But when it comes to movies, I will tread cautiously and take life as it comes.” Playing a perfect journo, he called up his friends and discussed on the shameful Delhi gang rape case and filed an article on it. He also, in a fun segment, turned the tables and went on to interview team Tellychakkar (we will upload the article and video soon, stay logged on). All in all, it was a great experience getting to know Samir better…we wish him all the luck and happiness in life!!!
