Don't we all just love sports? And of course TV? Well merging the two worlds, popular wrestler and Bigg Boss fame Sangram Singh recently attended the opening ceremony of the Haryana Circle Kabaddi Premier League. The event held on Friday (3 June) saw an estimated one lakh people turning up to meet Sangram and also enjoy the sports. And that gave hope to Sangram that apart from cricket, kabaddi too can soar to new heights especially in the Haryana region. "It was a special ocassion for all of us as a sports like kabaddi is gaining so much popularity. It is a positive sign that people are enjoying local games like kabaddi in our country. People should watch other sports apart fr cricket as they too have the same kind of competition and entertainment quotient. The Kabaddi league will be on the lines of IPL," he shared. "I feel proud to be part of the opening ceremony and as a sportsperson, I feel this is my duty to be able to promote the spirit of sports. And my birth place Haryana also needs my support. Yeh Khel Apna Hai, we all need to promote it. I am so thankful that people attended the event and showered their love on me and the sports," Sangram added. Great job Sangram ji.....
