MUMBAI: The episode begins with Dr. Rishabh and his team reaching the bomb site. All the doctors rush to help the injured but it’s complete chaos around. Dr. Sid goes home in the evening and tries to persuade his mother who is angry on him for not coming home for two days. He tells her that Dr. Shashank had brain tumour and he was busy arranging a team for Dr. Juhi. The surgery was successful however everyone was stuck at the hospital till it ended. His mother still feels like something is wrong with Sid besides Dr. Shashank’s health. Sid tells her to stop acting like a detective and feed his hungry stomach. He hugs her and asks what’s for dinner then gets pissed because she made Baingan Bharta once again. Dr. Shashank regains consciousness and talks to Juhi about handling the post of Cheif of Surgery as an offering to him as her mentor. Dr. Anjali comes to check up on Shashank too. A nurse comes rushing and asks Juhi and Anjali to reach the emergency ward quickly as there’s a huge rush of patients there. Anjali sees the staff standing and watching the news on TV in the cafeteria and scolds them for not treating the patients in the emergency ward. Vardhan meets her there and offers her coffee. He tells her that both of them seem to have a problem with Dr. Juhi. He believes that Anjali should hold the post of Cheif of Surgery and that Juhi is a huge obstruction for her. He asks her for her support so that he can help her build an image in front of her father who doesn’t deem that she’s worthy enough of the post. Anjali agrees with Vardhan and accepts the coffee too. At the bomb site, Dr. Neil faints looking at all the blood and dead patients around him. Dr. Samaria picks a fight with Dr. Preeti amidst treating a patient. She tries to belittle her and taunt her. Dr. Ishani hears someone’s voice coming from a car that has turned sideways and she tries to climb the car to reach out. She loses her grip and falls but Dr. Sid enters at the perfect time and catches her. Both of them banter about Ishani being thankless about Dr. Sid saving her. Dr. Sid goes around to guide the other doctors who are in complete chaos. He gives Dr. Asha her gauge and asks her to not panic. He guides Dr. Preeti to send some nurses and advises Dr. Samaria to fix her disgusting attitude. Meanwhile, Dr. Ishani sees a little girl with a rod in her abdomen stuck in a car. She calls some people from the fire brigade to help her open the car door and get the girl out. Dr. Rishabh sees Dr. Sid and asks him to leave as he’s leading the team here. Dr. Sid punches him as he pushes him angrily. Dr. Ishani gets inside the car but the girl, Saniya, tells her that her parents were responsible for the bomb blast so why would she save her life. Ishani tells her that she would not have the pay the price of her parents mistakes and they would take her to the hospital to treat her. As Ishani gets the girl out on a stretcher with some help, people around notice that she was the child with the two terrorists. They begin to yell and stop Ishani from saving Saniya’s life as she is the child of terrorists. Ishani fights back but a man holds her hand to intimidate her. Dr. Sid comes in between them and stops the man. He makes way for Ishani to take Saniya to the ambulance. All the doctors form a human chain to protect Ishani and Saniya from the outraged public. Ishani gets a flashback as she sees people yelling at Saniya. She remembers how people had said her the same things for her parents mistakes. Dr. Sid and Dr. Ishani pick up burning torches to drive the public away. The media surrounds Ishani outside Sanjivani as she reaches there with Saniya. Board members call Vardhan to see the news. Ishani tells the press that to them Saniya is a patient and she deserves treatment. Vardhan sees the news and the board members ask him to tackle the situation to save Sanjivani’s reputation. Vardhan reaches outside and tells the press that it is Sanjivani’s priority to treat patients regardless of what their background is. He makes way for Ishani and after she leaves he tells the public to not worry as a Sanjivani would never waste a bed for a terrorist. Ishani begins to treat Saniya and asks the nurse to call Dr. Rao for urgent surgery. Vardhan comes and tells her that it won’t be necessary and ask the nurse to move Saniya and give the bed to Mr. Singhania. Ishani is flabbergasted at Vardhan’s orders.
