Veteran actress Sarita Joshi dies in "Bakula Bua Ka Bhoot", but the show's producer J.D. Majethia says even though it's just for a scene, it is difficult for him to see her die.

In a scene, the actress' character in "Bakula Bua Ka Bhoot" was required to die in an accident initially, but Majethia, who has backed projects like "Khichdi" and "Sarabhai vs Sarabhai", decided to give the scene a twist.

"Sarita ji is like a mother to us so, seeing her on the death bed even for a shoot is not easy for me. Initially, we were supposed to show that Bakula bua dies in an accident, but I wanted to avoid seeing her die," Majethia said in a statement.

"Since the concept of the show is such that we have to show her dying, the entire creative team collectively decided to give a funny twist to it. And the way the scene has been shot, I am sure when the viewers see the scene they will have tears of laughter," he added.

"Bakula Bua Ka Bhoot" airs on &TV.
