Shraddha Arya, who was last seen in Like OK’s Main Lakshmi Tere Aangan Ki, will now be seen playing the lead of Shashi Sumeet Mittal Productions Pvt Ltd. next on Sony Entertainment Television, tentatively titled Beauty and the Beast. As reported earlier, Sargun Mehta was to play this role initially, but she backed out of the show due to creative differences. Later she went on to bag Balaji Telefilms’ Kyaa Hua Tera Vaada on the same channel. Hence, as per a reliable source, Shraddha will be seen in the lead in this show. We tried contacting Shraddha and producer Sumeet Mittal. However, both of them remained unavailable for comment.
