There is good news for Shweta Kawaatra and Manav Gohil. The couple will be blessed with a child very soon. And would be father is on cloud nine, “Yes, Shweta is due to deliver in mid May 2012. We waited as we wanted to be ready emotionally and otherwise. Now that we have reached where we wanted to be, we planned this pregnancy and by God’s grace we will soon be parents.” In fact, Manav is quite excited at the prospects of fatherhood: “I am looking forward to it. There are no jitters as my pet dog Mowgli has already trained me by waking up at odd hours.” So what special preparations is he doing for the new arrival? “Nothing yet as there is still time and those things will only start around March?” Tellychakkar.com also spoke to the soon to be mother, “It is a great feeling to be a mother as you nurture a new life inside you. I delayed pregnancy for people were scaring me that it is difficult to raise a child but I am ready now. And I am not scared of labour pains as I have a high threshold of pain. A child helps husband and wife come closer for we together bring a new life into the world. We are painting the house as preparation. Don’t want boy or girl particularly just a healthy child.” But Manav has something on his mind. “We are happy with both, but having said that I am a bit partial towards a baby girl.” Coming to the work front, Manav who has been missing from TV (his last show was Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo on Zee TV) says, “I am currently busy doing corporate theater, however I would like to come back to the idiot box though. The number of offers coming around has increased post Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, which was like a comeback wagon for senior actors. I will surely sign the dotted line if something interesting comes along.” Shweta is busy helping Ratan Rajput set up her house. “I can’t act in this condition, but decorating work is creative and people say if you keep your mind active the child is born intelligent.” Tellychakkar.com hopes you both enjoy parenthood with your bundle of joy.
