Smriti Khanna, Ishita Vyas, Rishina Khandari, Sachin Khurana in Haunted Nights

Sahara One’s Haunted Nights (The Entertainment Hub) will have a star-studded lineup in their next episodic story. Smriti Khanna, Ishita Vyas, Rishina Kandhari, Deepak Sandhu, Sachin Khurana play central roles in the storyline. The story is about an inspector, Ravi (essayed by Sachin Khurana) who is married to Vidya (Smriti Khanna), but goes on to have an extra-marital affair with Mrinalini (Ishita Vyas). When Vidya learns about her husband’s affair, she along with few family members decides to kill Mrinalini. She is helped by Ravi’s sister Meeta (Rishina Khandari) and her husband Anand (Deepak Sandhu). Meeta plots the major plan to kill Mrinalini. However, they are all taken aback when the spirit of Mrinalini comes back to take revenge. This is when Ravi gets to know of his wife and family member’s misdeeds. The plot will later revolve in the manner in which the spirit of Mrinalini kills everyone in the family. When contacted, Rishina Khandari confirmed the news stating, “I play the sister to the protagonist Ravi who is a cop. I am very close to my bhabhi and when we get to know that my brother has an extra marital affair, I plot and plan with my bhabhi to kill the girl.” Sachin Khurana too confirmed his role saying, “It is a very interesting role. I play the central figure in the story, a guy who is a cop. He has an affair outside marriage which pains everyone in his family. The manner in which they plot against the girl he loves forms the crux of the story.” The actors are presently shooting for the story, and the episodic will air very soon.
