Yesterday we wrote about Anamika (Trishula Productions) on Sony Entertainment Television going off air on 13 September. And now comes the news that that the cast and crew are shooting for the show’s 200thepisode today (5 September 2013). The entire cast and crew of the serial celebrated this feat but definitely with a heavy heart. But nevertheless the cast made it certain that they brought this celebration with grandeur and a bright smile. As a source informs us, “It was a very small celebration where the whole cast and crew came together and thanked each other for their immense support. However, they wish to have a huge celebration on their last day that is going to be probably in the coming week.” When we contacted Simran, who plays the beautiful Anamika, she said, “I am really happy that viewers liked our show so much that we managed to get 200 episodes. It’s been a wonderful journey and I have met some of the most amazing people who will be still in contact with me even when the show ends.” It’s sad that this happiness has been marred by the fact that they have just a few days of shooting left before they bid adieu to the TV screen. Till then, we congratulate the team for their hard work that brought them this feat.
