Actress Suhasini Mulay, the talented artiste in Bollywood and Marathi film circuits has been busy picking up the best of TV projects of late. The lady, who is presently seen essaying the matriarch of the landlord family, Shakuntala Singh in Colors’ Udann will also be seen in ace film maker Ashutosh Gowariker’s upcoming show on Star Plus, Everest. Yes, she will be joining the talented bunch of actors Rajat Kapoor, Manish Chaudhary and Milind Gunaji to play a pivotal role. As per a very reliable source, “Suhasini will be seen essaying mother to the male lead Rohan Gandotra. She will be shown to be an ailing mother in the uniquely presented TV series.” When contacted, Suhasini confirmed the news stating, “Yes, it has been a pleasure working with Ashutosh. He along with his team have toiled like anything, and worked really hard on this TV project called Everest. They are shooting it like a film and I really hope this show does well. It is true that I will be playing mother to the male lead.” For the uninitiated, Suhasini has been seen in movies like Hu Tu Tu, Dil Chahta Hai, Yeh Tera Ghar Yeh Meraa Ghar, Humraaz, Deewangee, Khel, Lagaan and many more.
