Our readers would remember about a story break on Tellychakkar.com about Suzana Ghai (who earlier held the position of Head of Fiction – Programming, Star Plus) teaming up with Producers Hemant Ruparell and Ranjeet Thakur to form a new company named ‘Panorama Entertainment’ which will deal with fiction shows. As per our earlier report, they had shot for a pilot for Star Plus, based on a thought-provoking love story. We now hear that the pilot has been approved by the channel, and the show in all likelihood will be going on floor in early November (2013). A reliable source tells us that the channel has given the show a December 2013 launch, and is presently figuring out the time slot. Saahil Mehta who essayed the lead role in Subhash Ghai’s movie Love Express, Neha Yadav also seen in the same movie and Rajoshi Vidyarthi wife of acclaimed actor Ashish Vidyarthi essayed important roles in the pilot. And our source tells us that most of the lead cast that shot the pilot has been retained. We tried calling Producer Suzana Ghai, but she remained unavailable for comment. Giving you more detail, we now hear that this show holds the tentative title Ek Ladki Suhani Si. Watch this space for more updates.
