MUMBAI: TellyChakkar had exclusively reported that Sony Entertainment Television’s Mere Sai - Shraddha Aur Saburi will soon be introducing a major leap in the show.

We also mentioned about Abeer Soofi, who plays the central character of Sai, being in two minds whether to be a part of the show post the big story jump, as he was not convinced with the idea of playing the older Sai.

Now, as per the reports in the media, Abeer has decided to move out of the show. The makers at Dashami Creations are in talks with actor Tushar Dalvi to depict Sai’s role.

Our sources inform us that actress Khushboo Tawde, who is known for stint as Bulbul in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, has been locked to play Keshav’s wife.

Khushboo has also acted in Tu Bhetshi Navyane (Mi Marathi), Parijaat (Saam TV), and Tere Liye (TV series) (STAR Plus).The actress played the protagonist in Marathi show Dharmakanya.

We have also heard that the leap in expected to take place post 29th September.
