Vaishnavi Dhanraj makes a comeback on TV with Sony TV's Parvarrish

Vaishnavi Dhanraj
The very beautiful and talented Vaishnavi Dhanraj has made a full-fledged comeback on Indian television with Sony Entertainment Television’s Parvarrish- Kuch Khatti Kuch Meethi (DJ’s A Creative Unit). However, this time, she has got back in a never seen before avatar. Interestingly, the actress is seen as a mother of two little kids. Yes, you heard it right. She plays a character named Meera who is a finance officer in a bank and has just moved into Sweety (Shweta Tiwari) and Pinky’s (Barkha Bisht Sengupta) neighborhood from Allahabad. Her husband is a cartoonist and they have two kids. “Meera is very immaculate, happy and never gets angry unlike my earlier characters in CID and Na Aana Iss Desh Laado. You will see her laughing all the time and putting across her views in a very friendly way,” informs Vaishnavi. When asked why she opted to play a mother of two this early in her career, she answers, “I thought a lot about it. And after all the thinking, I concluded that I am an actor and have to look good and perform well before the camera. It does not matter how many kids I have or if I am married or not. Hence, I took up the role.” Since, the artist is married in real life things are a bit different for her now, as she tells us, “Earlier I did not have to bother about anything. But now I have to see if the maid is home and if she has kept the milk in the refrigerator, etc. Since, I also have a dog (Labrador) at home I have to make it a point to be there for him. So, it’s quite different from what was before.” “I am enjoying this phase and I am happy to be back,” she ends with a smile. Keep up the good work Vaishnavi!!!
