Ramesh Deo Productions, the noted film makers who helmed the Hindi version of 24 on Colors as directors, are coming up with a finite series for Star Plus, with the backdrop of cricket. Well, Tellychakkar.com was the first to report about Marathi actress Anuja Sathe playing the central role of the aspiring cricketer.

Noted and popular actor, Vishal Gandhi, last seen playing Sanaya Irani’s husband in Rang Rasiya has been roped in to play the male protagonist.

As we know, Vishal has done lead roles in the shows Bandhan Saath Janmon Ka, Pyaar Kii Yeh Ek Kahaani, Ek Doosre Se Karte Hain Pyaar Hum.

As per reliable sources, “The finite series will have a Gujarati premise, wherein the lead girl will be shown as a married woman. Her dreams of becoming a cricketer will be nurtured and supported by her husband. In addition to narrating the struggle of the girl in becoming a cricketer, the show will also show viewers the angle of a man and husband who would continue to support his wife, even after she gets extremely successful.”
