MUMBAI : Neha Dhupia has always been in news for her unfiltered opinion. Neha, who surprised one and all with her sudden wedding announcement followed by pregnancy announcement, recently shared a throwback video of herself where she’s talking about being comfortable in her skin. The actress, who has been judging a reality show, opened up about fear of losing a job due to pregnancy weight.

She said, “I still remember I was pregnant and I was still climbing up. Next year, I put on 23 kgs and I feared losing my job. But this is what it is. It is inclusivity. The makers included me, no matter what. All I am saying, ‘Iss chehre kea age bohut kuch hota hai'. Remember that photo of yourself from 5 years ago that makes you feel bad about your current weight?”

"Well that same person 5 years ago had something else making her feel bad about her weight. We're programmed to feel unworthy, to feel not good enough. Be kind to yourself and your body, it's the only one you've got! It took me a while to understand this and be proud and comfortable in my own skin. If you're reading this, DON'T waste as much time as I did! Your weighing scale doesn't define you, you do," the actress added.
