Siddhanth moves out of court

Investigation is at an all time high on Star One. After the Mumbai Unsafe Series on Special Squad, Star One's surprise bag introduces a variation in its show Siddhanth, the weekly show on how the advocate fights crime. Siddanth will be a one episode story starting 5 April.

"We wanted to change the format of the show. The viewers cannot wait for seven days to see the case solved. So, we intend solving the case in one episode. Also we will bring Siddanth out of the court room into the real world to solve problem.," say producers BAG Films.

With this move, the production house expects Siddhanth to be one of the most fast paced serial currently on air among all the prime time serials.

"Viewers of Star One are pretty mobile and urban. In case they miss an episode, they don't lose anything. They can conitnue watching it from the next episode," says Star One's programming head Ravi Menon.

There shall also be a change in the show timing. From 5 April Siddhanth will be telecast on Tuesday at 9.30 pm. The episode on 5 April will have Siddhanth taking up the issue of doping on Indian sports.
