It's
the latest craze in town.
If tarot was the buzzword on everyone's
lips till recently, now it's money tarot
- the art and science of reading the monetary
forecasts with the help of tarot.

"Sycophancy
shuts out all genuine feedback"
|
And one of the people our telly celebs
are making a beeline for is Dr Kaajal, who
operates from her holistic healing centre
in Lokhandwala Complex, the hub of the TV
industry.
We selected four celebs for whom she spelt
out her readings. These readings are the
guidelines which these celebs should keep
in mind while making decisions with regards
to money matters till 31 December 2005,
says Dr Kaajal.
EKTA KAPOOR
* Finance and Investments: Money is suddenly
freed or begins coming in rapidly. There
must be unity of views amongst partners
regarding investments.
* Contracts and Agreements: Rather than
specifics, look at the overall picture.
Is there a clear vision and evidence of
growth? If so, sign.
* Risks and Delay: Decisiveness and envy
bring down morale. Change is resisted with
extraordinary hatred. Suspicion is bred,
which affects the perception of others about
you or the organization. Sycophancy shuts
out all genuine feedback.
Our take -
Uh huh. With Ekta's Midas touch intact,
her finances shouldn't be in much trouble.
But we guess Dr Kaajal's right on the mark
with her comments on others' perceptions
and sycophancy. Is the slip showing in Balaji's
current crop of shows?
ANUJ SAXENA
"Apt
to misfire with his insight"
|
* Intuition: Very high for personal change,
especially in bringing hitherto unpleasant
realities to the surface. Professionally,
one is apt to misfire with one’s insights.
Play safe.
* Finance and Investments: Overall they
are stable, but unpaid and neglected bills
are a problem area. Guard against excess
or generous frittering of money.
* Risks and Delay: Overlooking errors is
mistaken kindness. Flamboyance may irk important
people. Rebel but take a pause.
Our take
- Well well. Anuj's going pretty steady
in his telly life, and on the business front
too, Elder Pharma appears to be on the upswing.
Perhaps the only area he needs to 'guard
against' seems to be on the marital front,
where he continues to swim in troubled waters.
SMRITI Z IRAANI
* Intuition: Extremely active, but there
is an element of immature fantasy about
it
* Risks and Delay: Getting carried away
– even seduced – by deceptive promises and
illusory goals. Selfishness and scheming
are found out.
* Growth and Productivity: Rapid.
Our take
- Being seen every other participating in
morchas outside Parliament, and being seen
as the ultimate sati savitri on the small
screen every night, can only mean rapid
growth careerwise for this ambitious TV
star. Is the electoral lure the 'deceptive
promise' that Dr Kaajal is talking about?
"A
peak phase"
|
SANGEETA GHOSH
* Intuition: A peak phase. Temper it with
serious analysis. Ideas and objectives may
be ‘good’ but not necessarily practical.
Change occurs slowly but it is lasting.
* Contracts and Agreements: Job offers.
Another job, time to shift careers. Negotiations
are extremely favorable and beneficial.
Profitable results form action. Be objective.
* Growth and Productivity: Slow start. Big
payoff at the end. Processes set in motion
can now transform the individual and organization
dramatically. Implement swiftly after calm
deliberation. Success.
Our take -
Rabba's doing well so why shouldn't her
career be at an all time high? But what
does the good doctor mean by a 'time to
shift careers'?
