Love means friendship, togetherness, sharing everything possible. According to Eric Segal- "Not to ever have to say sorry." Love is a culmination of friendship, affection and it's a unique bond to say the least. Love is different at different stages for sure. I met Rajneesh after college when we starting our careers together and that time it was more like a fairy tale there was more mush and idyllic. As you want to live life together you begin to share responsibilities and when Khushi was born the born strengthened even more and it takes a different angle.
"Our anniversaries or our birthdays hold much more significance"
For me Valentines Day doesn't hold too much of significance as I feel this day is marketed for vested interests and it's very collegish. Days such as our anniversaries or our birthdays hold much more significance. After all it's all about spreading the message of love to your near and dear ones be it your parents, husband or your child.
"I am very mushy"
I am very mushy and like candle lit dinners while Rajneesh is very matter of fact and has a good sense of homour. For instance instead of getting me a bouquet of flowers Rajneesh got me a cauliflower and trust me I was in splits. True love happens only once besides God has made somebody special for each one of us. Rajneesh and I are karmically related. Rajneesh is a friend, he gives me a lot of space to grow and he has stood by me and someone who has let me live my dream.Today I am working and plan to go out for dinner and have asked Rajneesh to get me one of those roadside pink colored hearts.

Love is to have somebody there for you under any circumstances. Its difficult to explain the emotion and it could be for anyone for your friends or parents or anybody though the quality of love changes over a period of time and of course one has to work at it and nurture it. When we are young passion is what rules and when we grow older passion remains but it becomes secondary.

Love is a difficult feeling and it teaches you not to desire anything. You like the person and not what he does. Love empowers every other emotion in this world.Each emotion in this world is associated with love in some way or the other. I have affection for my daughter and my mother but I expect nothing in return. Love remains the same although desires do creep in and fondness has got to do with distance. The only thing constant is love and I don't think I have been in love as I have never been selfless yet.

Life would have been miserable without my daughters (my two year old daughter Sadhvi and four year old daughter Pari). I have been counseling my friends who are single throughout the day who are feeling sad as they don't have a partner and I wonder why? What has the day got to do with togetherness, it's nice to have someone special but if not the world doesn't come to an end does it?

Either I have had no girlfriends or we had some problems on the day. I guess I have been very unlucky in love. DDLJ is my favourite love story and the way they have depicted the story I think that's the way love happens. Love grows with time and your focus changes with your work life. Love is not a baggage its got its flaws and advantages and I truly believe that marriage is a very important decision in ones life. The things that keep love and marriage alive has to be understanding the person and to have immense trust in the partner.
Girls today are very practical and they know money is equally important as they have to eventually bear a family. You realize you are in love when you start missing the person besides there's an empty feeling in you. My sister is my closest pal and I want to thank my parents too for what they have given me. I would definitely like to get married and have a family but when you are in the television industry you tend to be so busy there you end up having no love life.
